The front office team, especially Anish and Stanley, provided excellent support. They were always ready to assist, even when the hotel was fully booked. I also appreciated the friendly Egyptian gentleman in the restaurant who greeted everyone with a smile. I enjoyed the fresh, modern room equipped with everything needed. In-room dining was good and the club sandwich was quite tasty. The location is convenient with nearby groceries and cafes.

The pool depth was uniformly 2 meters. It was not suitable for my kids. We couldn't enjoy it as much as we hoped.

The room, a lovely Simplicity, was impeccably super clean and cozy. The staff was consistently cute!). The location was convenient, offering tranquility despite its proximity to local attractions. I found everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
